Position: HGV Class 1 Driver Location: Brook Lane, Ham Hill, Snodland, Kent, ME6 5JX Line Reporting Manager: Depot Manager Working Hours: 5/7 Contract, Monday – Friday, 06:00am – 16:00pm, Basic 50 hour week. Weekend and Night work available in overtime Principle Duties and Accountabilities: Being flexible in your approach to work and undertake ad-hoc duties when your vehicle is off the road or if you are required to assist other field teams Roles and Responsibilities: Drive and operate HGV Skip vehicle once training has been provided (Class 2, CPC required) Attend emergency call out situations dealing with sewer blockages, flooding and pollution Working on Private and public land in strict accordance with statutory health, safety and environmental procedures Undertake vehicle checks at the start and finish of each shift Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly Report all defects, accidents and near misses immediately to Line Manag…
