36,660 base + £3k-£5k monthly earning potential, Callout bonuses & Full training.

High earning, specialist driving role with full training. We are hiring HGV Class 2 Drivers / Drainage Engineers to join our expanding team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining driving, specialist vehicle operation, and drainage response work. Full training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and driving experience.

  • Overtime paid at £21.15 per hour
  • Night shift bonus: £45 per shift
  • £3,000-£5,000+ with overtime
  • Company pension & benefits
  • 20+ days holiday (increasing with service)
  • Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm (core hours)
  • Regular overtime available (evenings, nights, weekends)
  • Call-out rota for emergency response work

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating specialist vehicles (jetting tankers, vacuum tankers, combination units)
  • Responding to drainage emergencies and blockages
  • Completing vehicle checks and safety inspections
  • Working safely on public and private sites

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 licence + CPC
  • Drainage, utilities or waste industry experience
  • Streetworks or water hygiene qualifications
