Project Manager / Senior SM – Permanent | Regional Contractor (Yorkshire) | £65k – £70k Package Our client, a reputable contractor with an annual turnover of c£70m, specialises in delivering high-quality projects across the leisure, industrial, commercial, and education sectors They are preparing to commence a significant new build project and are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to oversee this high-end development The role involves managing a comprehensive scheme that includes substantial enabling works, requiring a strong understanding of both construction and civils elements The successful candidate will serve as the site lead, ensuring the project\’s successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while maintaining optimal health and safety standards You will have; Proven experience as a Senior SM or Project Manager within main contractor environments Recent experience managing projects valued into the millions Strong understanding of both build and civils processes Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards This position offers an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor that is a member of key frameworks and has a proven track record of delivering exciting and challenging projects If you are a driven and experienced Site or Project Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply or get in touch for further details
