We are working with an Affordable Housing Contractor who are looking to take on a Site Manager on a long-term freelance basis. They are a very profitable and cash-rich contractor, turning over nearly £40m and high profit margins. They have a healthy pipeline of work for 2026 and beyond. They have secured a number of contracts within Cheshire and Liverpool, so are looking for local individuals to join the team.

  • This will be a long-term position offering stability and longevity.
  • You will be working with a long established and very knowledgeable senior management team.
