I am supporting a diverse, regional contractor with their search for an experienced Site Manager. They have secured a technically challenging new build hospitality space in Preston and need someone capable of leading. The job itself is a hybrid build utilising both steel and timber frame and has complexities in the ground.
This role would potentially suit an engineer who has moved into Site Management or a confident all-rounder who has taken new builds from commencement to completion.
