We are working with an Affordable Housing Contractor who are looking to take on a Site Manager on a long-term freelance basis. They are a very profitable and cash-rich contractor, turning over nearly £40m and high profit margins. They have a healthy pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond. They have secured 7 contracts within Cheshire and Staffordshire, so are looking for local individuals to join the team.
