The Company: We are working with a successful regional contractor who, due to securing a number of contracts across Manchester, have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team. The majority of the work they secure comes from private clients. They deliver varied and interesting projects including residential schemes for high-net-worth individuals, which can also be remodels or extensions. They also take on schemes in the healthcare and commercial sectors, with schemes generally valued at £4m.
The Role: They have recently experienced controlled growth and are in a position to recruit a Site Manager to work on one of their luxury schemes in Manchester. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working for a main contractor/housebuilder on similar schemes. You will be based in or able to travel to the North West of England on a daily basis.
