Site Manager

I’m working with a well-established regional contractor who focus on a range of education, health & commercial projects. They’ve built excellent working relationships with a lot of the local public bodies and tend to work on projects to circa £2m in value. They’ve asked me to source a Site Manager to start immediately on a new build scheme near Knowsley. You’ll mainly be tasked with looking after the building from roof to completion and this will be a temporary position running until mid-Summer. We are looking for somebody who has worked on new build commercial projects ideally for public sector bodies, you’ll also need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid. Rates will be negotiable but around the £25.00 – £30.00 an hour mark. If this proves of interest please forward a copy of your CV
