The Company: We are working with a well-established, successful regional contractor who have asked us to source a Senior Site Manager to join their team. They work for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England. They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including education, healthcare, leisure and commercial.
The Role/ You: Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Senior Site Manager to lead a new build Leisure scheme in Lancashire. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have managed new build projects from start to completion, valued from £1.5m+. You will be based in or able to travel to the Lancashire, Merseyside & Greater Manchester regions on a daily basis. You will have experience working as a Site Manager / number 1 on site for a main contractor, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above. You will hold valid certifications i.e. SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.
