Project Managers – Have you had enough of life on site? I’m working with a market-leading contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to join their pre-construction team, taking schemes from early development right through to handover to delivery teams. This is a role for someone who loves the technical side of construction. You’ll be front-end, acting as the main point of contact with the client and working closely with commercial and planning teams to make sure schemes are feasible, well-structured and ready to execute.
What we’re looking for:
- An experienced Project Manager with a track record of leading high-profile developments for a main contractor.
- The technical skills to be able to advise at pre-construction stage, guiding and shaping projects before commencement.
- A strong communicator, this is a client facing role but will also involve advising colleagues and bringing people together to achieve expected outcomes.
What’s on offer:
- An attractive base salary of around £70,000 + Car/Allowance & surrounding package.
- Whilst this is an office-based role in South Manchester, there is an element of home working (1 day a week).
- You’ll be working on prestigious schemes with real sway on success from day one!
