We are working with a leading contractor who specialise is Leisure & Hospitality works. They are a client led contractor who will complete works from £100k to £10m for their core client base. They’ve asked us to source a Freelance QS to work out of their offices in Greater Manchester. Quantity Surveyor Requirements/Reasons to apply: We are looking for an experienced QS who ideally has worked in the fit-out market covering JCT and D&B schemes. You’ll be joining one of the regions leading contractors who have built a solid reputation in their marketplace You’ll be expected to work a minimum of 3 days a week in their offices, but hybrid options are available. This will be an on-going freelance requirement and could lead to long-term works. Rates wise, we will be looking between £300.00 – £350.00 a day for the right person.
