The Company: We are working with the Manchester Office of a leading Building Contractor who are well established in the North West, are really strong financially with £Hundreds of Millions in the bank, a great pipeline of projects and are active in a number of market sectors including; commercial, multi storey residential, education, health, leisure and industrial. They procure work through many of the key North-West public-sector frameworks and also work with a number of private sector developers.
The Role: Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they have asked us to source a Site Manager to work on a high-profile scheme in Manchester. Initially, you will be tasked with overseeing the demolition and enabling works with a role on the main project further down the line.
You: They are looking to meet with local individuals who have a proven track record working as a Site Manager for a main contractor. You will be based in or able to travel to Manchester on a daily basis. You will have experience in enabling & demolition works as well as having worked on schemes similar to those mentioned above. You will hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card.
