The Company: We’re working with a Regional Housebuilder who take on exciting New Build and Extension projects across the North West. People enjoy working there as they’re a friendly, family-owned business. The commercial team has a wealth of experience and are keen to pass on their knowledge and experience to help you in your role.

The Role: They are now in a position to add an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their team due to a promotion in the Commercial team. They usually work on apartments and small housing schemes which tend to be up to 10-15 units. You will be working with an experienced Commercial Manager and Commercial Director. The role will generally be based in their office with site visits.

You: They would like to recruit somebody who has experience working on Residential schemes. You will be able to commute to their office in Cheshire. You will be IT literate and commercially aware.
