The contractor in question has grown consistently over the past 5 years and has a strong pipeline of work for 2026 and beyond.
The Role: They are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to work on a technically challenging scheme in Buckinghamshire. This is a site-based role, and they are looking to meet with local individuals who have a proven track record working on technically challenging groundwork and civils projects. Experience in main contracting is preferred but not essential. You’ll be based in or able to travel to Buckinghamshire on a daily basis.
