We are working with a well-established regional contractor who undertake a mixture of education, health & residential works. They have asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of circa 6 void properties in Rochdale. This scheme is due to commence on site early Feb and will run until July. There is talk of further works so this could easily be extended.
