The Company: We are working with a leading Contractor whose NW Regional Construction team delivers projects for clients principally across the North West of England. Their turnover in the NW has grown year on year and is now comfortably above £200 Million. They take on projects valued over £100 Million typically in the commercial, industrial, care, leisure, pharmaceutical, retail, education and residential sectors. They have grown consistently over the last 10 years developing great relationships with both public and private sector clients, are very cash rich, have a great supply chain that they pay promptly, and have a very experienced, knowledgeable and approachable management team.

The Role: They are now in a position to add a Document Controller to their North West team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring that all records are accurately filed and easily accessible.

You: You will have worked as a Document Controller for a Main Contractor, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above. You will be based in or able to travel to Cheshire on a daily basis. You will have a good understanding of Document Control on large scale construction schemes. You will have experience using the software 4P/Fieldview. You will be based in the office with visits to site.
