We are working with a leading regional contractor who complete a range of industrial, commercial, health & residential schemes. They’ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to initially undertake a 9-week contract in Rotherham. This scheme will be the strip out and refurbishment of retail units to bring them back to landlord specs.
The job commences at the end of July; there is also a second phase which could lead to an additional 18 weeks work.
You’ll need to hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS to be considered for this role. Rates will be around the £230.00 - £250.00 a day mark.
