I am working with a leading regional contractor who have asked us to source a Finishing Manager for a project near Burton-Upon-Trent.
This is an on-going extension to an existing hotel and the successful candidate will be tasked with taking the project from boarding to completion (with support).
We are looking for somebody with either a fit-out background or experience moving a project at pace.
This initial contract is circa 10 weeks with the likelihood of follow on works high.
