Finance Manager Principal Civils Contractor West Yorkshire £60k – £80k + Package I am working exclusively with a Principal Civils Contractor who operate throughout Yorkshire on bulk earthworks and infrastructure schemes up to £15m. They currently turnover c£30m and are a contractor who have complete confidence and market knowledge in their chosen field and prioritise profit and sustainability. With a stable structure in senior management positions and carrying their own on-site teams to deliver their projects, they have a consistently high level of performance that their clients can trust and can rely on time and time again. Their success is built on winning both competitive and negotiated work along with repeat business from industry renowned clients, demonstrating a working relationship built on years of delivering top quality projects on time. With a culture of trust that has been installed from the very top, my client has a very low staff turnover with employees consisting of experienced workers, working alongside newer staff who they are developing and incorporating into their company ethos and values. They are looking to recruit an experience Finance Manager oversee the running of the companies accounting function, reporting directly to the MD. Working at board level and alongside site commercial teams, you will be responsible for all accounting issues in the business, providing strong leadership to the finance teams.
