We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of ward refurbishments in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied scheme which could lead to ongoing work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing internal refurbishment
- Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Stakeholder engagement
- Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting
- Manage logistics, materials and site resources effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with regional contractor ideally with healthcare experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery

- CSCS (Black or Gold Card)
- First Aid at Work
- Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/NVQ/Degree desirable)
