We are working with a well-established, successful regional contractor who have asked us to source a Contracts Manager to join their team. They are capable of taking on construction projects valued up to £10m for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England. They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including education, healthcare, leisure and commercial. They secure work through several key regional procurement frameworks and good relationships with private clients.
Requirements / Reasons to Apply:
Due to planned, controlled growth and a healthy pipeline of work for the rest of 2025 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Contracts Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor and have experience in management of traditional D&B Contracts, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above.
