I’m currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a well-established and highly respected regional contractor delivering a new build affordable housing scheme in West Yorkshire. This role will see you working closely with an experienced Senior Site Manager, supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project.
The Role:
- Support the Senior Site Manager in delivering a new build residential development
- Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high quality
- Maintain site records and ensure full H&S compliance
- Drive standards across the project
About You:
- Experience in site management within construction
- New build affordable housing experience desirable, not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop long term
