The Company: We are working with a leading Contractor whose NW Regional Construction team delivers projects for clients principally across the North West of England. Their turnover in the NW has grown year on year and is now comfortably above GBP200 Million. They take on projects valued over GBP100 Million typically in the commercial, industrial, care, leisure, pharmaceutical, retail, education and residential sectors. They have grown consistently over the last 10 years developing great relationships with both public and private sector clients, are very cash rich, have a great supply chain that they pay promptly, and have a very experienced, knowledgeable and approachable management team.
The Role/You: Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Building Services Manager / M&E Manager. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Building Services/M&E Manager for main contractors on similar schemes to those mentioned above. You will be based in or able to travel to the North West on a daily basis. The role will be split between their offices and visits to sites and meetings when required.
