The Role/You:
They are looking to meet with local individuals who have a proven track record working as a Site Manager for a regional building contractor, ideally on schemes similar to those mentioned above.
You will be based in or able to travel to Greater Manchester & Cheshire on a daily basis.
You will have experience leading a new build design and build scheme valued up to £5m.
You will hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid certificate.
