The Company: We are working with an award-winning Regional Building Contractor whose NW team would generally deliver projects for public and private sector clients valued up to £5 Million mainly in the affordable housing and education sectors. They are privately owned, long established, well respected and secure work from a combination of public sector procurement frameworks and private sector clients.
The Role: Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Engineer to work on schemes across the North West. You will work closely with the Sub-contractors, Site Management and delivery teams on sites across the North West ensuring that all technical and setting‑out duties on the project, ensuring works are delivered accurately. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Site Engineer for a Main Contractor, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above. You will be based in or able to commute around the North West on a daily basis. This is a really good opportunity to join a contractor that can offer real stability with a strong pipeline of work.
