The Company
We are working with a well-established and highly successful regional contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Manager.
They are recognised as a leading name in the industry and deliver high-quality Design & Build, refurbishment and fit-out projects in the leisure, commercial and hospitality sectors.
The Role/You
Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to join their team.
You will be working on a mixture of new build, extension and technically challenging refurbishment schemes in the hospitality, leisure, education and commercial sectors.
They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working on similar schemes to those mentioned above.
They have an established client base in the North West providing a strong pipeline for future projects.
There will be an element of travel involved and you will need to be prepared to occasionally work away.
You will need to hold valid certifications i. e. SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS.
