We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Resourcer to join our established Bolton team, working across our most successful sections. You’ll learn recruitment properly, working one-to-one with experienced consultants who’ll coach, challenge and support you. High performers can progress through our clear 7–stage development pathway.
What you’ll be doing:
- Attracting and engaging potential candidates
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
- Screening and qualifying candidates for live roles
- Working closely with Senior Consultants on vacancies and shortlists
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or customer service
- Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine drive to succeed
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
