The Role
- We re looking for a Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing basis to join an established Commercial team, working on a range of exciting projects across the UK.
- Reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you ll work closely with the commercial, operations and technical teams to keep projects running smoothly and commercially on track.
- We re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload and get involved from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the commercial and contractual side of projects.
- Monitoring costs, cash flow, profitability and risks.
- Preparing monthly cost reports and valuations.
- Managing variations and final accounts.
- Working closely with the site and Contracts Management teams.
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.
