The Company: I’m working with a well-established, successful contractor who have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team. They are a privately-owned business who have grown year on year, have plenty of cash in the bank and are well known for treating their staff well. Majority of the work they win is framework driven and repeat business through their long-standing client relationships.
The Role: Due to a healthy pipeline of work set for the rest of 2025 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager. Majority of their schemes are in and around Cheshire so they are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working on Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.
Rewards: The successful candidate will receive a good salary and package including a car allowance. You will be working with a successful contractor in a challenging and friendly working environment who have excellent relationships with their supply chain and clients.
