The Role
- Will push operational excellence by implementing reporting systems, maintaining high quality data and acting as a key technical interface.
- The role will ensure that product implementations, documentation and issue resolution processes are consistent, efficient and aligned with business objectives.
- Under your remit will be team reporting and data integrity, technical support and issue management and product support.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
- An understanding of engineering would be beneficial.
