Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling our recruitment services to the North-East Manufacturing and Engineering sectors by telephone, email, and shared platforms
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with both external companies and internal recruitment teams, providing clear and thorough messaging at all levels
  • Building and developing relationships with external companies and finding the right hiring solution to benefit that business
  • Arranging and attending appointments with existing and prospective customers to grow the company brand
  • Growing and developing the operation through networking and good communication
  • Preparing and submitting costs and proposals to promote our services
  • Operating in-house CRM Packages and all Microsoft applications
