The Company
Our client is a market leading engineering company and a top employer of choice in the region. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Electrical Service Engineer.
The Role
Involves local work and some working away. Electrical installation work and maintenance. Also working on multi-core cable, cable tray, containment and test on completion. Install electrical power distribution equipment and termination of low voltage and cabling. Maintain electrical power distribution equipment. Systems testing and fault diagnosis. Perform site risk assessments and assist in producing method statements. Document test results and produce site work reports.
The Person
Must be time served or hold relevant equivalent. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition wiring regulations. Driving license. Relevant experience as a service engineer. Applicants for the position should have proven experience over a wide range of equipment and systems. Able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships. Ability to organise and prioritise to meet a wide range of diverse and demanding activities.
