The role will be a permanent contract for the successful applicant and will be an ideal fit for those who possess knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations and quality requirements of both the business and customer. The job you will do: Deputy to the Quality Assurance Manager Maintain & monitor the NCR database to ensure root cause analysis are completed in a timely manner. Conducting & completing internal audits Preparation for external audits. Monitoring of held for inspection stock, updating warehouse management database accordingly. Maintaining the QMS, drafting & updating documents as required. Inspection of positive release pallets as requested. Preparation & despatch of sample bottles as required. Ensure calibration of site measuring & testing equipment in a timely manner, maintaining the calibration register & storage of calibration certificates. Maintaining the compliance calendar. You may also be required to carry out other duties at the discretion of the Quality Assurance Manager. About you: Self-motivated, reliable, thorough, logical, conscientious. Display effective communication, listening, influencing and persuading at all levels will be essential with a good understanding of people management & interaction with other departments. Proficient at using Microsoft packages, predominantly Excel & Word Knowledge & understanding of manufacturing operations and quality requirements of both the business and the customer. Experience preferred in ISO9001 and/or BRCGS
