The Company

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to work on a permanent day shift.

The Role

  • You will lead your team and area to successfully deliver your KPI's and drive business performance.
  • Coach, develop and lead staff and establish a continuous improvement culture.
  • Take full responsibility for the day to day running of a department on shift, ensuring the Health and Safety of all colleagues whilst maintaining and making improvements in all areas.
  • Monitor and communicate the site plan, performance KPI's and targets ensuring that all colleagues are striving to achieve the same goal.
  • Control levels and accuracy of waste and waste recording including Overall Equipment Effectiveness and potential efficiency; accuracy and waste recording; downtime; product weights; staff efficiency.
  • Continuously identify ways to reduce costs and improve.
