MTrecs new career opportunity Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking to recruit a Production & Allocation Controller on a permanent basis. If you have a strong Planning background with SAGE experience this role could be ideal for you. The Job youll do Support the Materials Manager by developing and co-ordinating production plans in accordance with customer requirements. Liaise with production to make sure these plans are enacted in line with quality, quantity and delivery schedule. Give site SAP support and solve problems where needed. Appropriate knowledge of the companys product portfolio and the capabilities of its processes. Create costings for component work. Effective use of the SAGE X3 MRP system to fit finished Ingot plan in line with Production plans and customer demand. Monitor and react to changes daily where production plans are rescheduled for material (fit) or customer requirement reasons. Plan requirement within 48 hours of input into the SAGE X3 MRP system to enable customer service to acknowledge orders with accurate date information. Track and update on all orders. About You Appropriate knowledge of the PLTP and Logistics modules of SAGE X3. General understanding of other SAGE X3 modules and the interaction they have with the PLTP module. Ability to manage self in the planning of all finished ingots in accordance with the production schedule, best fit and customer requirement. Develop productive working relationships and the trust and support of other departmental colleagues and immediate team members specifically production & customer service. Effective communication regarding the setting of priorities, changes and delays in plans that have been set. React quickly to change within the production plan and customer requirement. Support the Materials manager to expedite changes. Ability to develop and enhance skills and performance in all areas of planning and allocation. Ability to recognise and react to opportunities to improve processes and performance. Provide cover for team, support teams KPIs. The Rewards and the benefits Competitive salary. Permanent job.
