Our client are specialists in their industry sector, they are now looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a permanent basis. Candidates must be willing to work a continental shift pattern rotating between days and nights (3 on 3 off).
The Job you'll do:
- Lead shift briefings, assign tasks, coach, and develop team members.
- Monitor performance KPIs, ensure production schedules are met, and manage quality standards.
- Enforce strict H&S and compliance regulations (e.g., hygiene, safety procedures).
- Support machine setups, troubleshooting, changeovers, and escalating technical issues.
- Implement improvements, such as 5S or SMED, within a CI framework.
