MTrec Commercial is representing our prestigious award-winning Newcastle based client with their plans for growth and expansion in their Customer Service operation. They are looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Representative to join their highly trained team in an excellent office environment.

If you have a background in customer services and can provide a great customer experience, you must be IT literate, experienced in dealing with customers professionally, and able to respond to customer service calls and emails. You will be joining a dynamic company with a superb team-based culture and opportunities for career advancement.

The job you will be doing:

  • Managing inbound telephone calls from clients and prospective clients.
  • Offering appropriate quotations to customers using relevant procedures and systems.
  • Relaying information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Responding to customer emails and assisting with technical queries.
  • Maintaining competent knowledge of all products and services offered to both commercial and retail customers.
  • First line response to incoming calls with accurate recording for speedy closure and optimum settlement.
  • Professional handling of calls to ascertain liability and move forward positively.
  • Recording relevant information to reduce potential costs and identify indemnity concerns.
  • Making outbound calls when appropriate and applying relevant notes to claims for continuity.
