The Company is proudly representing our engineering client in their search for a Welder Fabricator.
The Role involves fabrication and welding of products in an engineering environment, ensuring accurate fabrication of all components to engineering drawings, maintaining the highest quality, and good housekeeping. This is a permanent role, working 37 hours Mon-Thurs, with Friday being overtime.
The Person must be time served with proven experience as a Welder Fabricator. Experience in manufacturing medium to heavy engineered steel products using MIG processes to a high-quality standard is required. Excellent fabrication skills with experience in fabricating small and medium sized assemblies, using all basic fabrication skills including forming and bending are essential. The ability to use overhead cranes, oxyacetylene burn, and forming equipment is necessary. Candidates must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, demonstrate good housekeeping, and have a proven ability to work accurately with attention to detail. The ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively is also important.
