A leading Tyne and Wear company is looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their team in a permanent role. Our client is committed to providing pioneering engineering services to their customers; this is an exciting opportunity and a well-rewarded role for the ideal candidate.
The Job you'll do:
- MIG Welding
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Mainly Fabricating Structural Steel components in 6-15mm Mild Steel / Mig Welding
- Medium Fabrication in 3-6mm Mild Steel / Mig Welding
- Sheet metal - Aluminium & Stainless Steel
About You:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Candidate must be able to work on their own or as part of a team if required
Essential requirements:
- Time served Fabricator / Sheetmetal worker with Mig Welding
- Working with medium and light materials: carbon steel, stainless steel & aluminium
