The Company
Our client is a specialist engineering company. Due growth they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter.
The Role
- Will be working permanent day shift assembling and building their specialist products.
- Interpret engineering assembly drawings, check parts before commencement of assembly.
- Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies.
- Installation and test of controls.
- To build assemblies to the stated assembly time and quality level.
The Person
- Time Served Mechanical Fitter or have relevant experience.
- Experience of building special purpose machines.
- Experience in assembly.
- Ability to read assembly/technical documentation such as drawings and work instructions.
- Adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\’s).
