The Job youll do As a CNC Machine shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CNC machining department within the premises. With a team of four at present, to expand to six. You will lead and coordinate the team of CNC machinists to ensure the efficient production of high-quality precision components and parts. Your role will involve managing the workflow, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This is a hands-on factory-based role. Manage CNC Machinists: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance and support to ensure the teams performance, productivity, and quality standards are met. Hands on approach to assist with any programming of machines, have knowledge of the running of Doosan Sub spindles, sliding head stars and Haas Milling machines.
