We are supporting their recruitment by recruiting a permanent Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site service teams and overseeing the day-to-day of manufacturing operations. The Job You Will Do:

  • Manage and action all activities required of the on-site service teams.
  • Allocating workload to the service team
  • Get hands on with TPM work and working with key stakeholders to ensure operation efficiency
  • Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using our company in-house system.
  • Manage waste streams to safe disposal off-site
  • Customer liaison and assisting in meetings
  • Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety.

About you:

  • You will have a proven background within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
  • A strong communicator, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • You may be from a machine operating background, where you have set up, stripped, cleaned and reassembled equipment.
  • You will be a team player and take a collaborative approach to project work.
  • You will be IT literate and confident in the use of various systems.
  • Health and Safety conscious, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards within the workplace.
