MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Data Entry/Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The role is initially on a 6-month contract; however, there is a strong possibility for the contract to be extended or even made permanent.
The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and Sage experience.
The Role you will be doing:
- Inputting data into production systems.
- Verifying and correcting errors in existing records to maintain data integrity.
- Organizing and managing files, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
- Updating records regularly to reflect new information, transactions, or changes in data.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols.
- General administration ad hoc duties.
- Able to work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
About you:
- Previous data entry experience is essential.
- Previous Sage experience is essential.
- Experience working within a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
