Job Description

The CompanyOur client is a specialist engineering company. Due growth they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter; the role will involve offshore work.

The RoleWill be working permanent day shift assembling and building their specialist products.

Interpret engineering assembly drawings, check parts before commencement of assembly.

Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies.

Installation and test of controls.

To build assemblies to the stated assembly time and quality level.

Traveling to customer sites including offshore.

The PersonTime Served Mechanical Fitter or have relevant experience.

Experience of building special purpose machines.

Experience in assembly.

Ability to read assembly/technical documentation such as drawings and work instructions.

Adhere to manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).Offshore experience and tickets preferred but not essential.

Must be willing to gain offshore tickets and work offshore.
