The Hours You’ll Work:

  • Monday - Thursday: 06:00 am - 14:00 pm / Friday: 06:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Monday - Thursday: 14:00 pm - 22:00 pm / Friday: 12:00 pm - 18:00 pm

You must be able to work both shift rotations; there is no opportunity to work one of the rotations only.

The Pay You’ll Receive:

£13.50 Per Hour.

The Job You’ll Do:

  • Following standard operation procedure paperwork and following to exact specifications.
  • Hand assembly of a variety of components.
  • Working with a variety of small plastic components within a very sterile working environment.
  • You will be trained on a variety of departments within your first 12 weeks training period.
  • Quality inspection of a range of components.
  • Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.
  • Must be comfortable to wear a variety of PPE, including hairnets, gowns, beard snoods, and other associated PPE.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
  • Confidence on the job and happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
  • Must be comfortable working in a clean and sanitised working environment and wearing a variety of PPE.
  • Good timekeeping and attendance standards are required for this role.
  • Be happy to be trained by an experienced lead operator initially.
  • The company is subject to random drugs and alcohol testing.
  • Must be able to accept a permanent contract after successful completion of a 12-week probation period.
