The Company

Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader.

The Role

Will be working 3 shifts; the salary advertised is for this rotation and overtime is additional. You will lead the warehouse team to deliver an efficient warehouse operation in line with company policy. The role requires both strong leadership and a hands-on approach; in addition to supervising the team, you will also work alongside them in day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure performance, productivity and standards are consistently achieved. Manage the warehouse space to receive, replenish, pick, and dispatch products in line with the agreed timeframe. Manage a team of Warehouse Operatives.

The Person

  • Must have previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader.
  • FLT licence (counterbalance).
  • Understanding of warehouse operations including goods in, storage, stock control, picking and dispatch.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
