Due to continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our industrial recruitment team by recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow relationships with a range of industrial clients throughout the region. Your main duties will include:
- Developing a strong understanding of clients' recruitment briefs to implement a robust recruitment process.
- Supporting recruitment teams in search assignments to identify the best talent for job vacancies.
- Providing high-level candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
- Completing telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure clients receive the best candidates.
- Collating KPI information for weekly reporting.
- Supporting in the analysis of data.
- Completing a range of recruitment admin duties.
- Ensuring all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system.
- Organising new starter inductions and training.
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
About you:
- Possess a strong desire to forge a career in the recruitment industry.
- Previous sales, office, or customer service experience is ideal but not essential.
- Motivated by achievement, results, progression, self-improvement, growth, and positivity.
- A naturally solutions-oriented person with drive, tenacity, and a strong work ethic.
