Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now looking to strengthen our recruitment team and recruit a Recruitment Consultant to support develop and grow relationships with a range of clients throughout the region. Your main duties will include:

  • Servicing new and existing clients and liaising with staff at various levels.
  • Develop excellent relationships with all key contacts.
  • Ensure you provide high level candidate care, as you take them through the recruitment process.
  • Complete a range of telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure your clients receive the best candidates on the market.
  • Collate KPI information for the use in HR Reports.
  • Support in the analysis of data.
  • Complete a range of recruitment administration and compliance checks and duties.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system.
  • Organise new starter inductions and training.
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times.

About you:

  • A customer service type background with the desire to succeed in recruitment.
  • Previous experience of working within an office environment would be preferred.
  • Any experience working in permanent recruitment would be preferred though not essential.
  • Able to demonstrate good tenure/longevity in job roles.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving target driven environment.
  • Possess drive, tenacity and be hard working.
  • Naturally customer orientated.
  • Driving licence and access to your own car.
