The Job You’ll Do:
- Working in a friendly team-based environment, you will call a range of professional individuals who have recently completed a training course, further/higher education, or an apprenticeship to complete a short and enjoyable telephone survey.
- All the calls are purely research based, with full training and continuous support provided.
- You will be using a software system to record your findings. The system is easy to use, with various drop-down menus and multiple-choice fields to choose from.
- You will need to work at pace and be very accurate with the recording of your information.
About You:
- You will possess strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in an office environment and making/receiving inbound or outbound calls would be ideal, though not essential.
- You must be able to work at pace and to targets.
- Happy making warm outbound research calls.
- Previous customer service experience from any sector would be preferred.
- You may have also recently left higher education and you are looking for an enjoyable and immediate job role.
- You will be happy with a temporary assignment, and you are able to start immediately.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 19:00. You will be off work, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
