Due to continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our sales/business development teams and recruit an experienced sales professional to develop new business sales opportunities for the technical, commercial, and industrial recruitment teams. You may have previously worked in sales and business development, or in the recruitment industry, and are now seeking a role focused on client-side opportunities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with internal recruitment teams to identify new commercial opportunities and clients.
  • Make calls with a target of 50 calls per day.
  • Focus on new business sales activities.
  • Conduct extensive marketing research to target existing and new sectors.
  • Ensure high level and consistent business development activities are completed daily.
  • Attend sales meetings to deliver company presentations.
  • Complete daily and weekly management reports.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to support business growth.
  • Develop your client base across various commercial vertical markets.

Person Specification

  • Experience in business-to-business sales is essential.
  • A proven track record of winning new business.
  • A genuine desire to work in a business development role is essential.
